herbs - it doesnt get any easier

I have a herb garden outside my kitchen window and i cant believe i have waited so long to get it going. basically i wacked some seedlings in the ground and now i have a superproduciing herb garden - i never have to buy any again

the parsley and corriander which i use all the time and the dill, look like they might be thinking of going to seed and i might just let them do their thing so they can self sow. the mint and vietnamese mint seem happy all the time so that is good. i have just put some basil next to my tomato seedlings so am hoping for some home made pesto soon

and my lemon thyme is small but happy. does thyme also go to seed at a certian time of year?

i have some thai basil i am growing from seed that looks ready to go out

Yes, end of the warm weather. But it will last a good long time. I've got a herb garden in pots outside the back door so I can chuck the veggie cleaning water on them - I'll get around to taking a picture to post one day
