Popping in to introduce myself- My name is Amy, I'm 25, live in Armidale on the NSW Tablelands and simply love to cook.
I'm very glad to find this forum and hope it will be of help- I'm currently undertaking the task of aiming for a more self-sufficient life style- from food production to the way we dress and live. I guess I'm trying to achieve more while using less. I'd love some advice from anyone in the local area about growing foods (as it's so cold up here) and about sourcing local produce- Is there anyone else on the forum from the area?
I'm also hoping I can bring something to the table too, so to speak. I love herbs and spices and just finished working at a health food store where my knowledge base in the subject grew 10 folds. Hoping to give back as much as I take from here, so let me know if you have any questions on the subject
