The warwick farm (soon to return to) trackside market is an excellent little market.
The operation is run by a company owned by the farmers and, unlike most of the organic/growers markets in Sydney, is dead-set genuine.
It's a bit of a hike if you live in the inner burbs, but if you don't have access to someone like me, then I highly recommend this place. Good honest fresh produce. I recently bought the most handsome broccoli i have ever seen and the new season fuji I picked up last weekend are crispi-juicilicious.
