Now I happen to know there are a few pet owners/adorers lurking amongst SOLE mama and being a food forum it is only appropriate that I let you know that next Monday (18th) is RSPCA cup cake day.
Now that cupcakes are oh-so-fashionable it's time to whip out your pinny, bake away and flog them to your nearest, dearest and anyone else you can squeeze money out of.

If you are in Sydney, head on over to Harry Noble reserve in Erskineville (the dog park) on Sunday 17th August where we are having a sausage sizzle and selling doggy treats in conjunction with the cupcake day. Unlike any other neighbourhood sausage sizzle you can be guaranteed a classy versioin of bangers in a bun as they're coming from animal vegetable mineral and made by Tony Sgro at Quattro Stelle.
