Roll up for the event that draws bakeries from around our great brown land to compete in the quest for Australia's most perfect Vanilla Slice. It is open to both professionals and amatuers and details can be found on their website

The day starts at 8am with entertainment leading up to the start of the Tour of the Murray Road Bike Race and judging of the vanilla slices. The bikes will return at aproximatley 4pm.
The winner in the professional section for the last two years has been Tatura Hot Bread's Vanilla Slice - baked in an old wood fired oven with a delicious creamy custard and can be found on our member Stickyfingers' Vanilla Slice Blog
