hello.......

I am a student living in melburne and fairly new to the SOLE food movement; it started with my love for farmers markets and dislike towards Supermarkets...

I am passionate about good and healthy food; Always looking out for new things to try and make. The only vegatble I am scared of is Artichoke.... just cannot cook it right!!!!

Hi there,

I lobe artichokes and just steam them! Globe artichokes that is... Jerusalem artichokes (stink-making little things!) have only done once, in the oven! Have fun..

Hi Melbgal, I'm in Melbourne as well! Which farmers markets do you shop at? I usually to go CERES on Saturday mornings. My routine is about to change as I am leaving my job in 2 weeks and going totally freelance, so I might start checking out some others. What part of the city do you live in?
