Maybe this belongs in the Recipe Book....but anyway: just a few quick questions about it:

1. Should I store it in the fridge after opening? I hate having to bust a bicep just to get it stirred when I go to make hummus, but I'm worried about it's ability to go rancid. Thoughts?

2. How else do you use it? Any good ideas?
